Prototype & Sample Development

We offer end-to-end prototype and sample development services tailored to your new product R&D, process optimization and production line commissioning needs. All custom samples are manufactured with identical materials, precision standards and process protocols as our mass-produced plates, ensuring fully reliable validation results.

  • Small Batch Samples We support low-volume custom orders ranging from 1 to 20 pieces, with full customization of material grade, dimensions, thickness and surface finish. Standard sample lead time is 10–15 working days, with expedited production available for urgent development projects, ideal for initial process trials and new formula validation.
  • Testing Support Every sample comes with an official full-parameter inspection report covering thickness tolerance, surface roughness, flatness, hardness and surface quality verification. We can also conduct targeted pre-testing based on your specific lamination process parameters, eliminating extra pre-validation workload at your end.
  • Validation Process We follow a standardized closed-loop validation workflow: requirement alignment → custom sample fabrication → factory pre-inspection → customer on-site trial → parameter optimization & final solution locking. Our technical team provides full support throughout the trial cycle to minimize risks for subsequent mass production.
