Material of PCB plate separators is stainless steel, while PCB has speical tec request for stainless steel on pressing process. Hardness, flatness, uniformity, expansion coefficient are important point for PCB pressing.
Market stainless steel material suitable for PCB is 3series, and some developed new4series. We developed new material of 3series, soloved the shortage, and improved new tec specification.

Surface of texture hairline or flat without NO.6, buffing 6k, buffing 6kg, 8KG mirror. As some customers request could make chrome for press plates.
Our product of plate, could press different materials of glass fabric, copper foil, and copper-clad plate.
Suitable for different thickness PCB pressing 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm.
